What happens in an Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code Session?

In order for me to conduct a session, I must have written consent, a list of issues for me to work on as well as payment.  The list of issues can be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.  If you are having trouble reaching a goal, I can help with that too. I can also look for abundance blocks or creative blocks and support with relationship issues.  Once I have those, I begin my session.  The wonderful thing about these sessions is that there is no need to share details, and it is totally non-invasive.  I access the subconscious mind and locate trapped emotions and many other types of energies and then release them.  Sometimes it will be necessary to identify associated details such as the approximate age that the emotion got trapped, the location in the body where it is lodged, and genealogy of the emotion in the case of inherited emotions. Once the session is completed, I will email you the results.  If you prefer, I can also do this session over a Zoom call.  

How do sessions work?

The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code can be used on anyone at any time through the method of proxy testing.  Since everything is energy and we are all energetically connected, as a certified practitioner, I can access your energy field when permitted and do the work.  

Is the information from the session kept confidential?

Absolutely. It’s my professional and moral obligation to keep all client information confidential. All the information we exchange during the session will be kept private and the report will only be shared with you.  You can share as little or as much as you are comfortable with when you fill out your form prior to the session.

How is energy released?

Energy is released through the Governing Meridian, which acts as an energy reservoir connecting to all the body's energy pathways. Releasing energy through this meridian influences the entire body's energy flow, promoting balance.

What does processing time mean? 

The processing time refers to the time after a session when your body needs to recalibrate, adjusting to a new normal.  This can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.  During this time, you want to stay well hydrated. 

Will I feel anything after the session?

Most people—about 80%—don’t notice any significant symptoms after a session, and many feel lighter and more at ease. However, around 20% may experience some temporary effects, such as yawning (a strong sign of energy release), increased thirst, chills, headaches, mild nausea, or other sensations. Some might feel more tired than usual, need extra sleep, or have vivid dreams.

It’s also possible to briefly experience “echoes” of the emotions that were released, but these will be much milder than the original feelings and will pass during the body’s processing period. Remember, any symptoms are temporary. It’s best to take it easy, get plenty of rest, and stay hydrated while your body adjusts. Everyone processes differently—some people feel noticeable changes, while others feel nothing at all, and that’s completely okay.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions you choose to have is entirely up to you. It varies for each person and depends on the specific issues you’re working on.  I often suggest starting with three sessions, as this provides a clear structure with a beginning, middle, and end. To support this, I offer a discount on bundled packages of three sessions and the sessions are performed about a week apart, unless otherwise noted.  After that, I recommend once a month or as an issue arises.  

Can this work be done with children or animals?

Absolutely! This is perfect for helping them return to a state of balance.
